Does God hear/answer PRAYERS?
Does god really hear our prayers when we sit, stand or kneel to pray?
for example sitting downig an sayin:
O God, when I have food,
help me to remember the hungry;
When I have work,
help me to remember the jobless;
When I have a home,
help me to remember those who have no home at all;
When I am without pain,
help me to remember those who suffer,
And remembering,
help me to destroy my complacency;
bestir my compassion,
and be concerned enough to help;
By word and deed,
those who cry out for what we take for granted.
Amen."
Does god really hear what you think?

Re: Does God hear/answer PRAYERS?
Jr, you need to explain yourself more clearly. Have you had some previous experience, when he didn't answer your prayer (reguardless of style used)? If you do have faith, then I'll have to assume that you need not worry about it.
Re: Does God hear/answer PRAYERS?
Ma lil sis who is 17 now, when she was born, she developed diabeties, and my pop was watching Benny Hinn, when he said, "There is a little baby girl with diabeties" and he prayed, and my pop put her fingers on the tv screen with all his faith and to this day, its all gone, similar to ma lil bro, when he was born, the doc said he had asthema, Benny Hinn prayed for a lil boy with asthema, and pop did the same thing and there is no trace of it. he's 5 now, so i do believe that God answers prayer, all u need is faith the size of a mustard seed

How much is enough exactly? This is something that should not be measured.GEOvanne wrote:or you didnt have enough faith
Re: Does God hear/answer PRAYERS?
what you mean should not be measured?
i mean that he didnt fully believe, you should fully believe in what you pray for, have no doubts.
so anyways, i did some asking and it turns out that he ALWAYS answers prayers, they are "yes", "no" (cause it might not be right for you), and "wait"

Re: Does God hear/answer PRAYERS?
Of course He hears! I was sharing an experience where one of my church sisters was in the hospital for failed kidneys(this was on a Wednesday)...at church that sunday we prayed...and five minutes after prayer we got a random call from her husband saying that she's fine and she was being sent home the next day...no sign of anything being wrong...she was on dialysis for the days she was in the hospital...coincidence,I think not. Get it straight man, He hears...indeed.
